Content and trust

  • Business name, phone, email, address, service area and hours match current records.
  • Services, prices, timelines, credentials and guarantees are accurate and qualified.
  • Reviews are real, quoted faithfully and attributed to their source.
  • Photos are licensed or approved and do not expose private details.
  • Privacy, terms, refund or accessibility information fits what the site actually does.

Phone and desktop experience

  • Read the first screen at a narrow phone width without zooming.
  • Open the menu, tap every major link and check visible keyboard focus.
  • Call and email links open the expected app with the correct destination.
  • Images load without covering copy or causing a large layout jump.
  • Headings remain in a logical order and every form field has a clear label.

Connect a custom domain

Pagely's editorial team keeps this guide current for the same claim-checking process behind every page.

Forms, analytics and domain

Send a test enquiry from a phone. Confirm the visitor sees a useful success message and the owner receives the message in the expected inbox or dashboard. Avoid entering sensitive real data in the test.

Open the canonical address and its www variation over HTTPS. Confirm one redirects to the preferred version. Check the old or temporary address so you understand whether it remains available.

Confirm the analytics setup follows the consent and notice requirements that apply to your business before recording real visitor data. Record a test call-to-action click or form submission and confirm the event appears where expected.

Discovery after launch

Verify site ownership in Search Console, inspect the home page, and submit the canonical sitemap if the platform provides one. Google notes that a sitemap is a discovery hint, not an indexing guarantee.

Update the Google Business Profile and important directory links to the preferred domain. Check the site after the first real enquiries and again after any change to DNS, forms or business hours.
