Use a five-part service page

  1. Answer: name the service, audience, area and main outcome.
  2. Fit: list the jobs or situations the service covers.
  3. Process: explain what the customer does and what the business does next.
  4. Proof: use attributable reviews, project photos, credentials or clear policies.
  5. Action: ask for one useful next step and say what information to provide.

Rewrite general praise into useful detail

The before version could describe almost any landscaper. It does not establish location, project fit, process or a useful first step.

  • After: ‘Landscape installation for homes in Barrie and Innisfil.’
  • ‘We install planting beds, sod, mulch and small irrigation systems from an approved plan.’
  • ‘Send the property address, two or three photos and your preferred timing. We will confirm whether the project fits our service area before arranging a site visit.’

AI website fact-checking

Pagely's editorial team keeps this guide current for the same claim-checking process behind every page.

Only add proof that survives a source check

A claim such as ‘licensed’, ‘award-winning’, ‘family-owned since 1998’ or ‘same-day service’ changes a customer's decision. Keep it only when the owner can point to a current licence, award record, incorporation history or operating policy.

Quote reviews exactly and identify their legitimate source. Do not combine several reviews, invent a customer name or turn an occasional outcome into a guarantee.

Edit once for clarity and once for risk

  • Can a visitor identify the service and coverage from the first heading and paragraph?
  • Does every paragraph answer a different customer question?
  • Are prices, timelines and availability qualified when they vary?
  • Are credentials and years in business current and sourced?
  • Are photos and testimonials used with permission and accurate attribution?
  • Does the call to action explain what happens after the click or call?
